Recovering from Nursing School Burnout
What to do when you hit the wall, rest, perspective, asking for help.
Burnout is common, often around semester 2-3 of a program. Recovery is possible.

Cynicism. Persistent exhaustion. Falling grades. Avoiding clinical. Considering dropping out.
Recovery
Take a real break (24-48h minimum). Talk to a counselor. Reduce optional commitments. Sleep more. Re-establish boundaries.
Consider leave of absence
Most programs allow medical or personal leave. Sometimes a semester off saves the degree.
