How to reschedule a Pearson VUE NCLEX appointment

Pearson VUE allows rescheduling but the rules and fees depend on how close to your appointment you change it.
More than 24 hours notice
Free reschedule online or by phone. You can move to any open date within your ATT validity window.
Within 24 hours
$50 fee. Same process, online or by phone.
Less than 24 hours / no-show
Forfeit your $200 NCLEX registration fee. You'll need to re-register through NCSBN. No-show also flags the BON in some states.
If you're sick test day
Call Pearson VUE as soon as possible. Late-cancel still incurs the fee. Some BONs accept medical documentation for fee refunds, apply through your state.

Yes, any Pearson VUE NCLEX center within your ATT window. Geography doesn't matter for licensure, the test is the same.
How early should I schedule?
