Criteria
Variable by hospital. Common: RR >30 or <8, HR >130 or <40, BP <90, SpO2 <90, mental status change, new chest pain, you're worried.
Team
Critical care RN. Respiratory therapist. Sometimes intensivist or hospitalist.
Don't hesitate
Wrong calls fine. Missed calls = codes.
