By downloading, installing, or using the Nursing Ready mobile application ("App") or accessing our website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nursing Ready ("we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Nursing Ready offers four subscription plans (USD): Cram Week ($99 / 7 days), Monthly ($129 / month), 3-Month ($249 / 3 months), and 6-Month ($449 / 6 months). All prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice.
New subscribers to the Monthly, 3-Month, and 6-Month plans are eligible for a 7-day free trial. During the free trial you have full access to every feature of the Service. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the plan price you selected. The Cram Week plan does not include a free trial.
All four subscription plans — Cram Week, Monthly, 3-Month, and 6-Month — are auto-renewing subscriptions. Each plan automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price at the end of the billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges are applied to the payment method associated with your Apple ID. Apple will notify you before any price change takes effect on a renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings on your device (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to the Service until that date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel via Apple ID settings.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not directly collect, store, or process your payment card information. All payment-related inquiries, including refund requests, should be directed to Apple Support in accordance with Apple's refund policies.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — personal NCLEX-RN exam preparation — and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:
Nursing Ready is a study aid and educational tool. The content provided through the Service, including practice questions, lessons, rationales, flashcards, and AI-generated explanations, is intended solely for educational and exam preparation purposes.
The Service does not constitute medical advice. The information provided should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals for medical questions or patient care decisions.
No guaranteed outcomes. While we strive to provide high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date content, we do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing the NCLEX-RN or any other examination. Exam outcomes depend on many factors, including individual study habits, preparation level, and test-day performance.
Nursing Ready is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), Pearson VUE, or any state board of nursing.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of Nursing Ready or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial NCLEX-RN exam preparation. This license does not include the right to:
If you create custom flashcards or other study items inside the App, you retain ownership of that content. By creating it inside the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and synchronize that content across your own devices for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your custom content to train any model, and we do not share it with other users.
You represent and warrant that any content you create or upload does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account yourself at any time inside the App via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Cancelling your subscription via your Apple ID settings is a separate step that must be done through Apple.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nursing Ready and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any content will be accurate, reliable, or complete. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nursing Ready and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Nursing Ready.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nursing Ready regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
